We’ve locked down a local creamery (Molly Kroitz from Georges Mill Cheese) and a local chocolatier (Thu Hoang from Joy Bliss Raw), and we’re going to bring them in to present their fine products in an “edutainment” seminar & tasting, paired with our wines (presented by winemaker Theo Smith).
This isn't just “here’s some cheese, here’s some chocolate, here’s some wine” – this really is a presentation about WHAT the cheese/chocolate/wine is, how it’s made, and how the pairings work together.
